Refund policy

At King Street Meat Co, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to ensure the quality and freshness of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
Refunds and Replacements
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the product is:
- faulty or not of acceptable quality,
- not fit for purpose, or
- does not match the description.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you simply ordered the wrong item, due to the perishable nature of our products.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Please email us at nathan@kingstreetmeatco.com.au with:
- Your order number,
- Photos of the product received,
- A description of the issue.
We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible. If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund to your original payment method.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived, or there’s a problem with your delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of the expected delivery time so we can investigate.
